Jamie Lee coaching offers life coaching services designed to help individuals achieve personal growth, clarity, and goal attainment. Coaching sessions may include one-on-one sessions, group sessions, workshops, and other related services. The scope of services will be mutually agreed upon at the start of each engagement.

We are committed to maintaining your privacy and confidentiality. All personal information shared during coaching sessions is treated with the utmost respect and will not be disclosed to third parties without your prior consent, unless required by law. This includes personal details, session notes, and any other information disclosed during coaching.

However, please note that while every effort is made to maintain confidentiality, certain legal situations may require us to disclose information. These may include but are not limited to situations involving harm to yourself or others, or where otherwise required by law.

As a client, you are responsible for your participation in the coaching process. This includes being prepared for your sessions, being open to feedback, and taking the necessary actions between sessions to achieve your goals. While life coaching is a supportive and empowering process, the ultimate success depends on your commitment and effort.

• Fees: The agreed-upon fee for coaching services will be discussed and confirmed before the start of each session or program. All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least [24/48] hours’ notice to avoid being charged for the session. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a full charge for the missed session.

While life coaching can be highly effective in helping clients achieve their personal goals, we make no guarantees regarding the specific outcomes of the coaching process. The effectiveness of coaching depends on various factors, including your commitment, engagement, and the actions you take toward achieving your goals.

Jamie Lee coaching is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues that may arise as a result of your participation in coaching sessions. Our role is to provide guidance and support, but the ultimate responsibility for the decisions you make and the actions you take rests with you.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. The following outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your information:

• Data Collection: We collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and any relevant information necessary to provide coaching services. This may also include any health or personal data that you provide with your consent to enhance our coaching work together.
   
• Use of Information: We will use the information we collect to facilitate coaching sessions, communicate with you about our services, and improve the quality of our offerings. We will not share your information with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
   
• Data Security: We employ reasonable measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no data transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or from our website or via email.

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time. If you wish to terminate the coaching relationship, we request that you notify us in advance to ensure a smooth transition. We reserve the right to terminate services if we feel the coaching relationship is not productive or if there is a breach of the terms outlined here.

We may update these Conditions and Privacy Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and the revised terms will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after the changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
